Young and talented scientists of the National Scientific Centre «Hon. Prof. M.S. Bokarius Forensic Science Institute» (NSCFSI)" and Riga Stradins University of Latvia (RSU) has won the joint Ukrainian-Latvian science competition with the research project "Open Educational Resource: Forensic Science".
The research proposal "Open Educational Resource: Forensic Science" aims to create an educational “open access” web resource to share the forensic research stuff: research papers and techniques, manuals, video tutorials for forensic investigations. T
his innovative and important step to take the national forensic science developments to a new level was highly appreciated by the Ukrainian-Latvian Joint Commission on Scientific and Technological Cooperation competent authorities at the third meeting.
 

 
The Ukrainian principal investigator of the project is Olena Agapova – Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Work with Foreigners, Ph. D. in Law. The Latvian one is Karina Palkova – researcher and lecturer at the Riga Stradins University, Ph.  D. in Law.
The responsible researchers are young research and forensic examiners: Vadym Khosha, Mykhailo Mozhaiev, Seraphyma Hasparian, Aelita Zile, and Yanis Gracis.
